This agreement marks an important milestone in the Sharaka partnership, strengthening the success story that began with the 2024 sole distribution framework.
The Sharaka frame agreement is built on three core strategic pillars:
- Sole Distribution of aftermarket products
- Trademark and Product Localization,
- Establishment of a Joint Training Academy
Following the successful initiation of the sole distribution agreement, Al-Kadi has delivered strong commercial growth for HELLA’s aftermarket portfolio in Saudi Arabia, reinforcing FORVIA HELLA’s market presence and underscoring the strategic alignment and operational capabilities of both organizations.
Under the newly concluded agreement, selected HELLA product categories will be localized and manufactured in Saudi Arabia for the first time.
